《乱世德心》剧情简介
故事发生在1967年的纽约，主人公是一群在「公共道德部」（Public Morals Division）工作的警察。这些人行走在正义与罪恶的边缘，随时都要面对大千世界的种种诱惑。他们稍有不慎就可能迷失自我，被罪恶吞没。警官Terry Muldoon（Edward Burns）很清楚好人和坏人的界限已经非常模糊，但他决心好好抚养自己的孩子，让他们从小就培养诚实和善良的品德。与此同时，他努力工作，力求让这个充满罪恶的世界少一点黑暗，多一点光明。
